Attend all communications meetings as requested including all monthly council meetings. Utilize chapter templates and graphic branding standards. Create city center event graphics. Assist in the planning and implementation the 'But First Coffee' forum. Attend forums meetings as requested. Coordinate with presenters or sponsors for location, food, and drink. Correspond and coordinate deliverables with all speakers, vendors, etc. prior to program. Design and print graphic brochure for presenter. Research, discuss and conduct questions for presenters for engaging the audience in a dialogue.
Design the Cloverdale Community Kitchen in Surrey BC in a team of four student volunteers. Tasks include designing and providing finish and lighting schedules for the space with emphasize the washroom entrances for wayfinding. Utilize Sketch Up and Indesign in providing a 3D model renderings and a presentation for the client to approve.
